I was at Core Fitness Solution the other day, and I was asked by one of the campers "I am going on a two-week cruise next month, what do I do?" We talked for a while about this, and I thought it would make for a great blog topic.
While the subject of diet can be a very complicated topic, it doesn't help to
make it complicated. For anyone who doesn't partake fitness as a job, one of the toughest tasks is to be able to
balance an effective diet and nutrition with enjoying your life.
