The Private Victory

Here's the issue: You work your booty off.  You stay super disciplined in the kitchen ... You not only make it to the gym for all of your workouts, you perform them with the intensity of a lioness protecting her cubs ... You begrudgingly say NO in the face of temptation ... You keep track of EVERYTHING ... In short, you do everything you're supposed to do to get fit, lean, and healthy... 

 And then the pounds, inches, and mirror image are much slower to respond than you'd like. I know it's unfair, but it's the way things work.
